If a guest arrives before the official check-in time and their assigned room is dirty, use Sihot's function to see if an identical room category is already clean. If no rooms are available, check the guest in as "Pre-Registered," securely tag their luggage in the system, and send them to the hotel bar with a voucher while the system alerts housekeeping to prioritize that specific room number.
