A designated first aider and a fully stocked medical kit must remain on-site throughout the entire operation. Emergency vehicle access routes must be kept clear at all times.

Once the jib is removed, the machine deck and operator’s cab can be dismantled. This involves disconnecting the crane's motor, gearbox, control systems, and electrical wiring. This must be done by specialists who are familiar with the complex machinery.

Finally, the base section (or fixing angles) is unbolted from the concrete foundation. The assist crane loads all remaining parts onto flatbed trucks to be transported away from the site. The area is then cleared and handed over for final inspection. Critical Safety Considerations

The following environmental considerations will be taken into account during the dismantling process:

Fix each mast section, unbolt it, and use the assist crane to fetch it out of the climbing cage. If dismantling directly via mobile crane: Attach the rigging to the top mast section. Unbolt the high-tensile mast bolts.

Slowly maneuver the jib away from the tower structure and lower it to the designated ground storage area for further disassembly. Step 5.4: Remaining Counter-Weight & Counter-Jib Removal
