    : EDIUS uses Flexera's licensing service. Stop the "FlexNet Licensing Service" in Windows Services ( services.msc ), then navigate to C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet and delete the files starting with gv (be careful not to delete files for other software). Restart and try the offline process again.
